On-Demand Video: First-Generation DEI Practitioners – How to Survive and Grow in Independence Schools.  

In this presentation, First-Generation DEI Practitioners share lessons learned during their 20 + years in Independent Schools. Panelists, including PoCC co-founder, Randolph Carter, share their motivation for getting started in Independent Schools, what they believe has changed or stayed the same over the last several decades, and what must happen in the future to effectively serve our current and future populations.

This presentation Will be followed by a series of monthly interactive lunch webinars beginning in January where we can hear directly from you, the current practitioners, to provide support and deeper discussions. We will also include student voices as well as alumni, parents, and other guest panelists. Our sessions are scheduled at noon on the 2nd Friday of the month beginning January 14th with alumni voices.
